AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 1 of AKinders Creek@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 319, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement
being in Adjusted Parcel A, of a ABoundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 1 of Kinders Creek
Subdivision and a Tract of Land in Fractional Section 10, Township 43 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 348, Pages 614 and 615 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement located in
Lot 1 of AKinders Creek@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 319, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Adjusted
Parcel A, of a ABoundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 1 of Kinders Creek Subdivision and a
Tract of Land in Fractional Section 10, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
348, Pages 614 and 615 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
