AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 3837, Pages 272 and 273 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Part of Lot 1 Johann Geo. Affs Subdivision T44N-
R6E, St. Louis County, MO, now known as ASappington Oaks@, a subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 216 of the St. Louis County Records in the City of
Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 3837, Pages 272 and 273 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked
Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM, the easements established by the plat of ASappington Oaks@, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 216 of the St. Louis County Records,
in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
