AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide
easement along the west property line of Lots 9 and 10 of AWestland Estates@, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 26 of the
St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 71 of AWestland Estates
Addition@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 114,
Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifteen foot (15') wide easement
located in Lot 71 of AWestland Estates Addition@, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 114, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri is hereby vacated EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the north seven and one-half feet (7-1/2') of said easement adjacent
to the north property line of said Lot 71.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
