AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of the ten foot (10') wide
easements recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 36 of the St. Louis City Records,
portions of the ten foot (10') wide easements recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 8
thru 11 of the St. Louis City Records, portions of the forty-three foot (43') wide and
fifteen foot (15') wide easements recorded in Book 8498, Page 419 of the St. Louis
City Records, said easements being in Lot A of AA Resubdivision of City Block
1949", a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68,
Page 37 of the St. Louis City Records,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of ten foot (10') wide easements recorded in
Plat Book 35, Page 36 of the St. Louis City Records, portions of the ten foot (10')
wide easements recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 8 thru 11 of the St. Louis City
Records, portions of the forty-three foot (43') wide and fifteen foot (15') wide
easements recorded in Book 8498, Page 419 of the St. Louis City Records, as
shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plats@, and marked Sheet 1
of 2 Exhibit AA@, and Sheet 2 of 2 Exhibit AA@, and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
