AN ORDINANCE, vacating a two and one-half foot (2.5") wide portion
in Lot 5A of a ten foot (10') wide easement located partly in Lots 4A, 5A and the
Common Ground of AStonehill Village A@, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 347, Pages 515 and 516 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two and one-half foot (2.5') wide portion in Lot 5A of
the ten foot (10') wide easement located partly in Lots 4A, 5A and the Common
Ground of AStonehill Village A@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Pages 515 and 516 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
