AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements located in
Ramona Heights as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 15 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the various easements located in
Ramona Heights as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 15, as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plats@, and marked Exhibit AA-1" and AA-2",
respectively, and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
