AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements and right-of-
way located in Edmundson Terrace as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 47 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements and right-of-way and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements and right-of-way
located in Edmundson Terrace as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 47 as shown
hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibits AA@,
AB@, AC@, AD@, AE@, AF@, AG@, AH@, AI@, AJ@, AK@, AL@, AM@, and AN@,
respectively, and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
