AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-three Thousand Eight Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($63,850.00) from the General Fund of the District for professional
consulting services for the District=s Strategic Business Plan, and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with O=Donnell Communications for
said professional consulting services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($63,850.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District
for professional consulting services for the District=s Strategic Business Plan.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with O=Donnell Communications for professional consulting
services for the District=s Strategic Business Plan; said contract to be comprised
of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel
of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 14, 2000 by the following vote -
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None.
