AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Bi-State Utilities Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Midwest Industrial Pump Station P-705 (Infrastructure Repair #193), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Bi-State Utilities Company for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Midwest Industrial Pump Station P-705 (Infrastructure Repair #193), in
St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day
of November, 2000.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
