O R D I N A N C E NO. 10896
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded
in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2051 and 2052, and in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2053
and 2054 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in A Tract of Land
Being a Part of Section 23, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, now known as
AArbor Crest Estates@, recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 350 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded in Deed
Book 7659, Pages 2051 and 2052, and in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2053 and 2054
of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached AEasement
Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by the plat of
AArbor Crest Estates@, as recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 350 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
