AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in
a ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2045 and
2046 and in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2049 and 2050 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject ten foot (10') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 7659, Pages 2045 and 2046 and in Deed Book
7659, Pages 2049 and 2050 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured
on the attached Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the easements established by the plat of AArbor Crest
Estates@, as recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 350 of the St. Louis County Records,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
