AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
in a part of Lot 1 of AWinheim Acres@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement located
in a part of Lot 1 of AWinheim Acres,@, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and
J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
