AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Lackland Road Sanitary Replacement (Infrastructure
Repair)(2000070), in the City of Charlack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with J.W. Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Lackland Road Sanitary Replacement
(Infrastructure Repair)(2000070), in the City of Charlack, Missouri, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 15th day of December, 2000.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
