AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two
Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Kortwright-Warson
Place Storm Sewer Phase I (97009A), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10760, adopted May 11, 2000,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The total sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($225,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Kortwright-Warson Place
Storm Sewer Phase I (97009A), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
