AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00)
from the Real Property Improvements and Alterations Fund for architectural
services for the conceptual design of MSD Campus Addition, Renovation &
Expansion (2001108); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-979 with Christner, Inc. for the aforesaid architectural services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Real Property Improvements and Alterations Fund
for architectural services for the conceptual design of MSD Campus Addition,
Renovation & Expansion (2001108).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-979 with Christner, Inc. for architectural services for the
conceptual design of MSD Campus Addition, Renovation & Expansion (2001108);
said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
