AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Fourteen Thousand
Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($114,750.00) from the General Fund of the District
for the implementation of and service for a Risk Management Information System
(RMIS) for the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Marsh U.S.A. for the implementation of and service for said Risk
Management Information System.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($114,750.00) is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the District for the implementation of and service for a Risk Management
Information System (RMIS) for the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Marsh U.S.A. for the implementation of and service for a Risk
Management Information System (RMIS) for the District.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
