AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement, and an
irregular shaped easement, both as recorded in Deed Book 12605, Page 1017 of
the St. Louis County Records, said easements being in Lot 1 of Cedar Crest, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 73 of the
St. Louis County Records, and in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement and the irregular
shaped easement, both as recorded in Deed Book 12605, Page 1017 of the St.
Louis County Records, said easements being in Lot 1 of Cedar Crest, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page
73 of the St. Louis County Records, and in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as shown hachured on the attached Easement Vacation Plat, and
marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
