AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a forty foot (40') wide easement as
recorded in Plat Book 168, Page 92, and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements
being in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Fieldstone, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the forty foot (40') wide easement as recorded
in Plat Book 168, Page 92, and the portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement as
recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements
being in Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Fieldstone, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit A and
made a part hereof, are hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10')
wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1440, Page 436, the ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 12605, Page 542 and the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 12605, Page 545, all of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
