AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide ingress/egress
easement, and a irregular shaped detention basin easement, both as recorded in
Deed Book 8894, Page 1129 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements
being in Lot 1 of Lilac-270 Industrial Park Plat One, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 161, Page 56 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide ingress/egress easement, and the
irregular shaped detention basin easement, both as recorded in Deed Book 8894,
Page 1129 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown cross-hachured and
hachured respectively on the attached Easement Vacation Plat, and marked
Exhibit A and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
