AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide creek
easement located in Lot 13 of Georgetown Estates, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 23 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20') wide creek easement
in Lot 13 of Georgetown Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached Easement Vacation Plat, and marked Exhibit A
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
