AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement and
five foot (5') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 3901, Page 222 and Deed
Book 6295, Page 217, respectively, of the St. Louis City Records, in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide and five foot (5') wide easements
as recorded in Deed Book 3901, Page 222 and Deed Book 6295, Page 217,
respectively, of the St. Louis City Records, in St. Louis, Missouri are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 8, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and C.D.
Seward.
Nays – None.
