AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-980 with CMS Viron Corporation, whereby CMS Viron Corporation will
conduct a comprehensive energy analysis study at five District treatment plants,
two District pump stations, and the Districts Hampton/Sulphur facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-980 with CMS Viron Corporation,
whereby CMS Viron Corporation will conduct a comprehensive energy analysis
study at five District treatment plants, two District pump stations, and the
Districts Hampton/Sulphur facility.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, and
C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
