AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Strategic Vision, Inc. whereby Strategic Vision, Inc. will develop and
implement a Preventing Sexual Harassment Phase II training program for all
District employees.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Strategic Vision, Inc. whereby Strategic Vision, Inc. will
develop and implement a Preventing Sexual Harassment Phase II training program
for all District employees.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, and
C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
