AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with the St. Louis Community College Center for Business, Industry and
Labor (CBIL) whereby the St. Louis Community College Center for Business,
Industry and Labor (CBIL) will develop and implement an Effective Writing Skills
training program for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with the St. Louis Community College Center for Business,
Industry and Labor (CBIL) whereby the St. Louis Community College Center for
Business, Industry and Labor (CBIL) will develop and implement an Effective
Writing Skills training program for the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 by the following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, M.C. Williams, A.J. Soukenik, J.W. Siscel, and
C.D. Seward.
Nays – None.
