AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide
easement in Lot 2 of Greystone Place Plat One, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 265, Page 32 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement
in Lot 2 of Greystone Place Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 265, Page 32 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri, as
shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 2001 by the
following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, and A.J.
Soukenik.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
