AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 12520, Page 179 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easement being in Lots 7 and 8 in Block 13 of Country Club
Addition No. 2 of Normandy Park, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the Village of Bel-Nor, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 12520, Page 179 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby
vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 12605, Page 551 and the ten foot (10’) wide
easement established by the plat of Country Club Addition No. 2 of
Normandy Park, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 48 and 49 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the Village of Bel-Nor, St. Louis County,
Missouri.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 2001 by the
following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, and A.J.
Soukenik.
Nays – None.
