AN ORDINANCE, vacating a fifteen foot (15’) wide easement
located in Lot 3 of Dierberg’s Fenton Plaza Subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 347, Page 608 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen foot (15’) wide easement in said Lot
3 of Dierberg’s Fenton Plaza as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 12, 2001 2001 by the
following vote –
Ayes – T.W. Purcell, M.G. Reichert, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, and A.J.
Soukenik.
Nays – None.
