AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of two (2) ten-feet (10’) wide
easements located in Lot 16B of Green Park Commerce Center Resubdivision of
Lot 16 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 353 Page 699 of the
St. Louis County Records, City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lot 16B of Green Park Commerce Center Resubdivision of Lot 16 as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
Section Two. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said
Lot 16 of Green Park Commerce Center Phase II recorded in Plat Book 348,
Page 390 according to Plat Book 353, Page 699 as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 2007.
