AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five-foot (5’) wide easement located in
Lots 14-C and 15-A of “The Villas at Lindbergh Place Plat Two Subdivision”, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 355, Page 542 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
Section One. The portion of the five-foot (5’) wide easement in Lots
14-C and 15-A of “The Villas at Lindbergh Place Plat Two Subdivision” as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2007.
