AN ORDINANCE, vacating a thirty-foot (30’) wide easement
located in a tract of land in the Southwest one-fourth portion of Section 35,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, as recorded in Deed Book 3457, Page 390 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, City of Kirkwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no further use for
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The thirty-foot (30’) wide easement in the Southwest
one-fourth portion of Section 35, Township 45 North, Range 5 East and also
known and numbered as 1317 Essex Avenue, Kirkwood, Missouri as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat” and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2007.
