AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located
in Lot 4, part of Lot 5 and part of Lot 6 of Foxborough Plat One Subdivision, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 119, Page 1 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Lot 4, part of
Lot 5 and part of Lot 6 of Foxborough Plat One Subdivision as shown hachured
on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made
a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 2007.
