AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various variable width
easements located in Lots ‘H’, ‘J’, ‘K’ and Outlot ‘A’ in City Block 6493, being
part of Tract 3 of Blumeyer Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 37, Pages 16 and 17 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portions of the various width easements located
in Lots ‘H’, ‘J’, ‘K’ and Out Lot ‘A’ in City Block 6493, being part of Tract 3 of
Blumeyer Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plats”, and marked Exhibits “A” through “D” and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 10, 2008.
