AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement located in Lot
A of Central Plaza Boundary Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 355, page 54 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The portion of a variable width easement in said Lot A
of Central Plaza Boundary Adjustment Plat as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 2008.
