AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC),
SCHEDULE (V) (DISABLED PARKING SPACES), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED PARKING SPACE ON
A PORTION OF ASH STREET ADDRESSED AS 325 ASH STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 , (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule (V), (Disabled
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , is hereby amended by
the addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of the 300 block of Ash Street, to
read as follows :
As h Street (300 Bloc k): on th e east sid e thereof, betwee n po in ts being 125 an d 150 feet north of
the north cur b line of McCarty Street.
Section g. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
