RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE FOR THE 2023-2024 TERM TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made an application to renew their '..
Trailer Park License for the 2023-2024 License Term and have paid the proper fees '..
therefore; and '..
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations
now or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2023-
2024 License Term to Carteret Mobile Park has been approved, effective July 1, 2023
and to expire June 30, 2024.
Adopted this 22nd day of February, 2024
and certified as a rive copy of the
original on February 23, 2024.
