AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 2002 TEMPORARY BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Revised Statutes off New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides flor the
adoption of' emergency temporary appropriations in addition to temporary
appropriations necessary flor the period between the beginning off the current fiscal
year and the date o£the adoption o£ the Local Budget for the Year 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough off Carteret, that the following amendments to the
temporary appropriations be made in the amounts and flor the purposes herein set
fforth flor the period between January 1st, 2002 and the adoption off the Local Budget
ffor the Borough of' Carteret, County of' Middlesex and State off New Jersey flor the
fiscal Year 2002:

Unemployment Compensation
159.200 Other Expenses 46,250.00
TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS $_66,250.00
