AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR WATERFRONT PART{ LANDSCAPING
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Waterfront Park Landscaping Maintenance Program;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to advertise for
bids for said program.
Adopted this 22nd day of February, 2024
and certified as a hue copy of the
