ORDINANCE NO. 67 -221
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SUBSECTION (3) OF SECTION 2005
OF ARTICLE IX (ORDINANCE 63 -112) OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that
Subsection (3) of Section 2005 of Article IX (Ordinance 63 -112) of
the Temple City Municipal Code is ambiguous with respect to the
proper interpretation thereof; and that, moreover, the provisions
of the State Planning and Zoning Law relevant to such subsection
were amended in 1965 to indicate the lack of necessity for such
subparagraph.
SECTION 2. Subsection (3) of Section 2005 of Article IX
(Ordinance 63 -112) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(3) A written notice shall be sent to the
owner or owners of subject property and to
the applicant if he be a person other than
the owner of the property, not less than
ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing
on any type of application set forth in sub-
paragraph (2) above.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in
the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Temple City.

of Temple City, held on the 21st day of February , 1967, and was

City Clerk at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th
day of March , 1967, by the following vote of the Council:
