CREATING A.HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
TOR 14 SUNNYSIDE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Jaspal Singh of 14 Sunnyside Drive has requested a Handicapped Parking
Space; and
WHEREAS, this individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau for
said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Space shall
be designated:
14 SUNNYSIDE DRIVE
Adopted this 22nd day of February, 2024
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 23, 2024.
