Acct. # NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as follows: 1. That the 2024, 2025, 2026 Weed Control Maintenance Contracts with RZ Tech Pest Control of 92 Patriot Hill Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, is hereby approved for an amount not to exceed $24,400.00 for 2024, $26,400.00.for 2025 and $29,206.00 for 2026. 2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the lowest quote received for Weed Control Maintenance as identified above in accordance with all respects to the request for quotes on the same, and the approval of the Borough Engineer.
