SPECIAL MEETING
November 28, 2007
The Moab City Council held a Special Workshop Meeting on the above
date in the Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East
Center Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Pre -
Council Workshop to order at 2:35 PM.
In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Rob Sweeten, Gregg
Stucki and Jeffrey Davis. In attendance from the Grand County Council
were Councilmembers Gene Ciarus, Joette Langianese, and Jerry
McNeely. In attendance from Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency
were John Hartley, Dan Pyatt, Rex Tanner and Terry Sykes. In
attendance from the State of Utah Division of Water Quality was Ed
McCauly. Also in attendance from the City of Moab were City
Manager Donna Metzler, City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel
Ellison, Public Works Director Brent Williams and City Engineer
Daniel Stenta. Nine members of the audience were present.
A presentation was made by Ed McCauly regarding Waste Water
Treatment Plant issues. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special meeting at 4:09 PM.
