A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was
appropriated in the annual budget; now therefore:
Sec. 1. Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Putnam
County, Indiana, that for the expenses of the taxing unit the following additional sums of money
are hereby appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the
laws governing the same:

OF
PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Citv of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana,
that the proper legal officers being the Greencastle Common Council, at the Putnam Countv
Library, at 7:00 p.m., on the llith day of May, 1997, will consider the following additional
appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year.

• Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional
appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The

Appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
