25,000-square-foot medical/office building located east of Route 59 and south of Dayfield Drive, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. b) Seeking Board consideration of a motion to approve the preliminary/final plat of
subdivision for the Plainfield Square subdivision located east of Route 59 and south of

easement agreement granting an easement to the Plainfield Township Park District for
construction and maintenance of a segment of the DuPage River Trail on Village-owned property. b) Seeking Board consideration of a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an
intergovernmental agreement between the Village of Plainfield and the Plainfield
Township Park District regarding construction of a segment of the DuPage River Trail crossing River Road.

Rodding Corp., for the emergency repair of the storm sewer system that extends along Heggs Road.
