A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MUTUAL
AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND ALL OTHER PARTIPANTS IN
THE EXPANDED 911 SYSTEM FOR PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AUTHORIZING THE
"4AYOR TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY DOCU-
MENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION

OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. A Mutual Aid Agreement between Palm Beach
County, Florida, and all other participants named in the Agreement
in the Expanded 911 System for Palm Beach County, Florida, is j
hereby executed, the-terms of which are incorporated herein and
a copy of said Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2: The Mayor of the Town of Gulf Stream,

Florida, is hereby authorized to execute any documents that are
required in connection with the Agreement that is attached hereto.
Section 3. This Agreement and Resolution shall take
