AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MOAB CITY CODE, CHAPTER 24, MOBILE
HOMES, MOBILE HOME PARKS, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, AND RE-
CREATIONAL VEHICLE COURTS AND MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
UTAH that the following Section be added to Chapter 24:
"Sec. 24-6 Numbering of mobile home lots, etc,
(a) Intent. The intent of this section is to provide ease of identifying
locations within a mobile home subdivision, park or court for
emergency vehicles, such as police, fireman, ambulance
(b) Regulations. Each lot within a mobile home park, court or sub-
division shall have an identifying number of reflector material no smaller
than four inches in height. In the event there are curbs and gutters,
said identifying number may be placed on the curb in front of each lot.
In the event there are no, curbs and gutters, a post at least four feet
high with said identifying number shall be so placed on. each bt_ so as
to be easily seen from the access road in front of each lot,
(c) The Building Inspector will select the numbering sequence for
said mobile home subdivision, park or court.
PASSED by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City
Council of the City of Mob, Utah, this 15th day of November, A. D. , 1977.
