ORDINANCE NO. 67 -227
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RELATING TO
BUILDING CODE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. Table 3 -A of Ordinance No. 2225 of the County of
Los Angeles, adopted by Section 8100 of the Temple City Municipal Code
adopted on May 25, 1960, and amended by Ordinance No. 62 -65 adopted on
March 12, 1962, as the Temple City Building Code, is amended to read:
TABLE NO. 3 -A - -- BUILDING PERMIT FEES
TOTAL VALUATION
Less than $20.00
$20.00 to and including $200.00
More than $200.00 to and including $600.00
More than $600.00 to and including $1,000.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction, to and
including $25,000.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction, to and
including $50,000.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction, to and
including $100,000.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction more
than $100,000.00

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of April, 1967,

ABSENT: Councilmen- None

I, Karl L. Koski, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 67 -227,
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Temple City, held on the 4th day of April, 1967, and was duly passed,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of April, 1967,
by the following vote of the Council:
