WHEREAS, Samuel G. Hudson has served The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District from May 12, 1997, to his retirement effective April 1, 2020.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Heavy Equipment
Operator contributed to the development and progress of the District and to the public, which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWE R DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it
serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Samuel G. Hudson for his 22
years of exemplary service;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to
Mr. Samuel G. Hudson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2020.
