AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
FOR THE CARTERET POLICE DEPARTMENT/MUNICIPAL COURT
BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED by thc Mayor and Council of thc Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Department is hereby
authorized to advertise for Receipt of Bids for the purchase and
installation of a new roof air conditioning unit and related equipment
for the Carteret Police Department/Municipal Court Building.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department.
Adopted this 2nd day of May, 2002 and certified
as a true copy of the original on May 3, 2002.
