Wayne Heddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present The minutes of the meeting of January 2, 1974 read. Des Lauriers to approve the minutes as read, subject of the Sac charge paid from $3539 to $3300; had been Sewer Boadd. Seconded by Robert Franklin Motion carried. The Des Moved by 1r Donald to changing the amount billed incorrectly by minutes of the special meeting of January 10, 1974 read. Moved by Donald Lauriers to approve the minutes as read. Seconded by Thomas'Stevens Motion carried. The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of January 21, 1974 read. Moved by Robert Franklin to pay Cathy Dorweiler $2.50 per hour as secretary for the Planning Commission: Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers. Motion carried Contractor Cates and Architect Anderson appeared with regard imp to a misunder- standing as to whether or not the price of the well was included in the contract. Further discussion and decision at meeting of February 20, 1974. A bill for eight dinners from Medina Lgnes presented, same for members of the Planninekoning Committee. Moved by Thomas Stevens to pay for the eight dinners. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Twenos:` - Motion failed (Only 4 members present) to Moved by Robert Franklin/correct the mimAimum charge for sewer charges as set forth in the resolution of October 2, 1973. Seconded by Thomas Stevens Mortion carried Gerald Dykhoff, Chairman of the Planning Commission, presented a map s4owing the proposed zoning changes. Moved by Robert Franklin that we refer the proposed revised zoning map to the Planning Commission for a preliminary opinion. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried Moved by Robert Franklin to refer the recommendations Planning Commission. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. vti 14, Moved by Robert Franklin to suggest to amend the zoning code removing trailer parks from POC and RI and putting them in R-2 or R-3. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried. on lot sizes to the Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to have a public hearing to consider anX amend- ment to the Zoning Code in order to provide animal treatment,on March 5, 1974 at 8 P. Moved by Robert Franklin to have a special meeting on Wednesday, February 20, 1974 at 8 P. M. for decisions on the Village Hall well matter and the park boundaries. Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers Motion carried Moved by Thomas Stevens to grand cigarette license for 1974 to the following: Robert Feser of Medina Golf; Frenchies Cafe; First American Corporation; Gilbert Pettit; Medina Lanes; Harold and Dwaines', Inc.; Joe and Irene's Bottle Shop; Hamel Superette; Rolling Green Country Club; Robert Altricher of Loretto Standard and Hamel K. L. Gas. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried dLC .�y7t�t�- Robert Franklin reported the Metro Park Bill was passed -^no indemnity. 4 L "- Attorney instructed to draw up a Sac Charge Ordinance. Moved by Thomas Stevens to pay the bills as follows: Payroll in the amount of $5,403.34 and order checks in the amount of $90,049.13. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Announcement of Board of Review to be held on May 20, 1974 at 7:30. Announcement Suburban Legge meeting February 7th at 8 P. M. at the Golden Valley Village Hall.
