SPECIAL MEETING
September 28, 2007
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Grand Center, located at 182 North 500 West, Moab, Utah. Mayor Pro-
tem Kyle Bailey called the Special Meeting to order at 11:46 AM. In
attendance from Moab City were Councilmembers Keith Brewer and
Gregg Stucki. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler,
City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison and City Engineer
Dan Stenta. In attendance from Grand County were Councilmembers
Gene Ciarus, Pat Holyoak, Robert Greenberg, Joette Langianese, Audrey
Graham and County Administrator Shawn Warnke. Eight members of
the audience and media were present.
A presentation was made regarding Waste Water Issued.

Mayor Pro-tem Bailey adjourned the meeting at 1:13 PM.
